Los campus de Ceuta y Melilla/ Ceuta and Melilla campus

La universidad autónoma de Granada (UGR) tiene campus en Ceuta y Melilla. Es la única universidad implementada en estas dos comunidades. Así la universidad de Granada abre sus puertas a los estudiantes para estudiar en esos lugares donde muchas culturas se mezclan. Delengua propone cursos de español para estudiantes erasmus que vienen estudiar en la UGR.

Ceuta es una ciudad de aproximadamente 78.300 habitantes. Está muy cerca de la costa española porque está en frente de la ciudad de Gibraltar. Tiene un patrimonio cultural muy importante, por las diferentes culturas que han vivido dentro de esta ciudad a través de los siglos: fenicios, griegos, cartagineses, romanos, vándalos, visigodos, bizantinos, musulmanes y portugueses! Por eso hay muchos museos sobre las culturas y las religiones, las guerras… También la presencia militar en Ceuta se ve con los numerosos fuertes, castillos y fortalezas de las ciudad. Uno puede bañarse en las varias playas de la ciudad, bajo el sol Africano.

Melilla se sitúa más cerca de Argelia, en la costa marroquí. Tiene 71.000 habitantes de cuatro culturas principalmente: musulmanes, cristianas, judías e hindú. También tiene una historia multicultural.

The University of Granada (UGR) has campus in Ceuta and Melilla. It is the only Spanish university implemented in this enclaves. Now the university opens its doors to students to study in these places where different cultures are mixed. Delengua offers Spanish courses for Erasmus students who come studying in that university, UGR.

Around 78300 people live in Ceuta. It is very close to the Spanish coast because it’s in front of Gibraltar. It has a rich cultural heritage thanks to the different people who have been living here through the centuries: Phoenicians, Greeks, Cartagenes, Romans, Visigoths, Bizantines, Muslims and Portugueses! That’s why they are a lot of museums abouts culture, religion and the wars. The military presence in that place can be also noticed by the numerous castles, strongholds and forts. We can go and swim in the Mediterranean sea, under the African sun in the beaches of Ceuta.

Melilla is situated closer to Algeria, in the Moroccan coast. It has 71000 inhabitants of 4 main cultures (Muslims, Jews, Christian and Hindu) live there. The city has a multicultural history too.
