What could be better than a Spanish course set in the heart of Granada that offers everything that Granada and Escuela Delengua have to offer but includes Flamenco classes? Nothing can top learning the traditional Spanish dance of Flamenco in it home in Andalucia. Escuela Delengua has the perfect backdrop for learning this typical dance. Situated in Granada, on of the world´s reference points for the art of Flamenco, (an art which was declared as an intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2010) and one of the most beautiful cities in Spain. This course will give you the opportunity to study Spanish and Flamenco in a city that can boast the Alhambra, the Generalife, that Cathedral of Granada, the Albayzín and so much more. For those who are seduced by art and song, this is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself, not just in the language of a country, but in its culture as well.
No previous technical knowledge of Flamenco dance or song is required for students who wich to take part in this course, all you need is a passion for the topic and a desire to speak Spanish in an open and fun environment. Some previous Spanish knowledge is required, the minimum being Basic (A2). The different aspects of the course are taught in Spanish to help improve vocabulary and fluency and you will soon become aware of this improvement yourselves! You will also be able to interact with other students here at the school, thus being able to improve your Spanish at all time. Whether it is the other students in your class (from5 to 10 participants) or other students during your breaks or activities, there is always the opportunity to immerse yourself in language. You will be surprised how quickly you learn!
Aprender español a traves del flamenco
The course includes 5 themed days of Flamenco learning each one dealing with a different espect of Flamenco and its influence on Granada and Spanich culture in general. During the course of these 5 themed days the class will run through an introduction to the dance, information about Granada and Flamenco before moving onto more technical aspects of the dance such as the flamenco guitar, the costumes worn by dancers and the rhythm and dance itself.

As well as this, you will have the opportunity to join int he school´s daily afternoon or evening activities to immerse youself even further in the atmosphere of Andlucía. Activities on offer include tapas, visits to museums, visits to the Alhambra and even trips to watch Flamenco shows that will leave you breathless and unable to wait for class the next morning. ¡Aprender español a través del flamenco en Escuela Delengua!
¿Qué puede ser mejor que un curso de español situado en el centro de Granada y que ofrece todo lo que Granada y la Escuela Delengua tienen para ofrecer pero además incluye clases de flamenco? Nada puede superar aprender el baile tradicional flamenco en su hogar: Andalucía. Escuela Delengua tiene el escenario perfecto para aprender este baile típico. Estamos situados en Granada, uno de los puntos de referencia del arte flamenco (un arte que fue declarado patrimonio cultural de la humanidad por la UNESCO en 2010) y en una de las ciudades más bonitas en España. Este curso te da la oportunidad de estudiar español y flamenco en una ciudad que posee la Alhambra, el Generalife, la Catedral de Granada, el Albaicín y mucho más. Para aquellos que están cautivados por el arte y el cante, esta es la oportunidad perfecta para sumergirse no solo en la lengua de un país, sino también en su cultura.
No tienes que tener ningún conocimiento previo de baile o cante flamenco si quieres participar en el curso, todo lo que necesitas es pasión por el tema y deseo de hablar español en un ambiente abierto y divertido. Es necesario algún conocimiento de español, nivel básico (A2), por lo menos. Los diferentes aspectos del curso se enseñan en español para mejorar el vocabulario y la fluidez y ¡pronto te darás cuenta de esta mejora por ti mismo! También podrás interactuar con otros estudiantes aquí en la escuela y, por consiguiente, podrás mejorar tu español todo el tiempo. Ya sea con otros estudiantes en tu clase (de 5 a 10 participantes) o con otros estudiantes durante tus pausas o actividades, todo el tiempo hay oportunidades de sumergirte en la lengua. ¡Estarás sorprendido de lo rápido que aprendes!
El curso incluye 5 días de aprendizaje de flamenco, cada uno sobre un tema diferente de flamenco y su influencia en Granada y la cultura española en general. Durante estos cinco días de curso, se tratará la introducción al baile y la información sobre Granada y el flamenco, antes de continuar con aspectos más técnicos del baile, por ejemplo, la guitarra flamenca o los vestidos que llevan los bailaores o el ritmo y el baile en sí mismos.
Además tendrás la oportunidad de participar en las actividades que organiza cada día por la tarde la Escuela, para sumergirte más en el ambiente de Andalucía. Las actividades que ofrecemos incluyen tapas, visitas a museos, a la Alhambra e incluso a espectáculos de flamenco que van a dejarte sin aliento e incapaz de esperar a las clases por la mañana.
