The average day for a student doing an intensive Spanish course is always full of surprises. Every day we have 4 classes of Spanish (each lasting 45 minutes), with two for grammar and two for conversation. The classes are taught through a variety of mediums; books, videos, games, creative tasks, presentations and interactive activities. In between classes two and three, there is a 30 minute break during which all students wander down to a local café for a coffee!
Free time
During the afternoon there is plenty of time to go off and explore the city itself, and no matter what you are interested in, Granada is full of things to do! There are plenty of opportunities to visit the historical centre of Granada, wander through the traditional squares and practice speaking Spanish with the local people.

Every afternoon or evening, Escuela Delengua organizes activities and visits in order to show its students the true Spanish lifestyle and culture. The activities vary greatly, such as flamenco in the Alhambra, tapas nights, trips to beautiful viewpoints, traditional Spanish cinema and we even take salsa dance classes! Each activity is lead by one of the teachers and you are guaranteed to have a great time. This is also a fantastic opportunity to get to know the other students from all over the world!
Social life

Being a small school in a small city, Escuela Delengua becomes your new family. As a student here it is very easy to build up close relationships with your peers and you will always find the opportunity to socialize with them outside of classes. A typical evening here at the school consists of getting together and eating dinner on the terrace or popping out for a bite to eat in a local, traditional tapas bar!

Un día en la vida de un estudiante de español en la Escuela Delengua.
Lo mejor de estudiar en Escuela Delengua es que no se trata sólo de estudiar español, sino de vivir en español.
El día a día de un estudiante que hace un curso intensivo de español está siempre lleno de sorpresas. Cada día tenemos 4 clases de español, (cada una de ellas de 45 minutos): 2 de gramática y 2 de conversación. En las clases se utilizan gran variedad de medios: libros, vídeos, juegos, dinámicas, presentaciones y juegos interactivos. Entre la segunda y la tercera clase, hay 30 minutos de descanso que los estudiantes aprovechan para tomar un café en una cafetería cercana.
Tiempo libre
Durante la tarde hay bastante tiempo para salir y explorar la ciudad y no importa qué es lo que te interese: ¡Granada está llena de cosas que hacer! Hay muchas oportunidades de visitar el centro histórico de Granada, pasear por las tradicionales plazas y practicar hablando español con los lugareños.
Actividades diarias en Delengua
Cada tarde o noche, Escuela Delengua organiza actividades y visitas para mostrar a los estudiantes el auténtico estilo de vida español y su cultura. Las actividades son muy variadas, desde el flamenco a la Alhambra, noches de tapas, excursiones a bonitos miradores, cine español tradicional e incluso hemos aprendido a bailar salsa. Cada actividad está guiada por uno de los profesores y tienes garantizado un buen rato. Esta es también una fantástica oportunidad para conocer a otros estudiantes de todo el mundo.
Vida social
Siendo una escuela pequeña en una ciudad pequeña, Escuela Delengua se convierte en una nueva familia. Como estudiante aquí es muy fácil formar relaciones cercanas con tus compañeros y siempre tienes la oportunidad para socializar con ellos fuera de las clases. Una noche típica aquí en la escuela consiste en reunirnos para cenar en la terraza o ¡en salir para tomar un bocado en un bar de tradicionales tapas típicas!
